Pink Pedals LLC provides mobile dessert catering, event services, digital products and related offerings throughout Florida.

All services are subject to availability and acceptance by Pink Pedals.

Event dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Additional terms relating to cancellations, weather, venue requirements, guest counts and payment schedules will be outlined in your service agreement.

5. Digital Products

All digital products, downloads, guides, templates and educational materials are for personal use only.

You may not:

  • Resell

  • Redistribute

  • Share

  • Reproduce

  • Modify for commercial resale

without prior written permission from Pink Pedals.

All sales of digital products are final unless otherwise required by law.

6. Payments

Payments may be processed through Squarespace, Square, Stripe or other authorized payment providers.

By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the amount due.

Pink Pedals does not store complete payment card information.

Applicable processing fees, taxes or service charges may apply.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, photographs, logos, graphics, branding, text, downloads and materials are the property of Pink Pedals LLC unless otherwise noted.

No content may be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Pink Pedals shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from:
