Our Pink Pedals Story

Pink Pedals is a dessert experience and local journal celebrating beautiful events, memorable treats and life in the Palm Beaches.

Pink Pedals serves handcrafted ice cream sandwiches from its signature pink ice cream bike for a variety of celebrations in and around Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter, North Palm Beach, Florida.

Life moves fast, and at Pink Pedals we believe it’s worth slowing down to truly enjoy this moment in time. I wanted to create an experience that would give event hosts a beautiful way to make an entrance, and give their guests a good reason to gather together and enjoy the people around them.

So, what does Pink Pedals bring to the party?

First of all, the ice cream bike. It’s pink, it’s charming and it allows hosts to make an entrance that guests remember.

Next up: the treats.

There is something universally happy about ice cream. Ice cream sandwiches have become the treat I crave most often since having my daughter, so naturally, they had to be part of Pink Pedals.

Our ice cream sandwiches aren’t something you’ll find in a store. Each one is handcrafted just for your event, wrapped individually and served straight from our signature pink ice cream bike.

What kinds of events can Pink Pedals attend?

We love weddings, engagement parties, bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties, anniversary celebrations, rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, graduation parties, campus celebrations, corporate gatherings, nonprofit galas, brand activations, community events, holiday parties, school functions, launch parties, networking socials, pool parties, yacht parties, country club events, neighborhood parties, grand openings, open houses, fundraisers and family reunions. Basically, if you’re having people over in the Palm Beaches, there’s a pretty good chance an ice cream bike belongs there, and we are happy to be there.

Where does Pink Pedals serve?

Pink Pedals is based in northern Palm Beach County and primarily serves Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter and North Palm Beach. Have something planned elsewhere in South Florida? Ask us. We may be able to make the trip.

What inspired you to create Pink Pedals?

Pink Pedals started as an idea I couldn’t stop thinking about. Now I get to share things I’m passionate about, including anecdotes about life in the Palm Beaches, with you. And! Bring a pink ice cream bike to beautiful celebrations around the Palm Beaches, fill it with delectable ice cream sandwiches and watch people light up when they see it. How fun is that?
