Yes. Private events have a minimum booking requirement based on the day, location and guest count. That said, each quote is customized for the date and time, location, guest count and other considerations. Contact us for a custom proposal.

Absolutely. We love creating a menu that fits your celebration. Depending on the event, we may be able to offer seasonal flavors, custom toppings or branded packaging.

No. Our bike was designed to serve frozen concoctions at indoor and outdoor events—yes, in the South Florida heat—without electricity.

We’ll work with you and your venue to find the best solution. If an indoor option is available, we’re happy to serve there instead.

Yes. Pink Pedals is fully licensed and insured for private events.

For private events, typically the host covers the service, so guests can simply walk up and enjoy. You’ll never have to worry about your guests paying individually.
